Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice

Mount Evans Is In The Top 1% In The Nation!

Top100_Photo_WebFor the third time in four years, Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice was named one of the year’s Top 100 home health providers nationwide. Nearly 10,000 agencies are evaluated annually by the National Research Corporation and DecisionHealth, and Mount Evans has again been selected in 2016 as one of the Top 100, putting it in the top 1% of agencies in the country. Only one other Southern Colorado agency received this award this year.

Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice serves the Colorado mountain communities of Jefferson, Clear Creek, Gilpin, and Park counties. Mount Evans has achieved 4.5 of 5 stars with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, exceeding the Colorado average (3.5 stars) and national average (3 stars). The agency has also ranked in Home Care Elite’s Top 500 home health facilities since 2012, achieving a Top 100 rating in 2013 and 2014, and we couldn’t be more honored to have earned this prestigious award again in 2016.
