Runners will start at 8 a.m.—followed by racewalkers who elect to be monitored by USATF-certified racewalk judges—and then participants in the fitness walk. In the interest of safety and fairness to competitive runners, well-behaved dogs and strollers will only be allowed at the back of the fitness walk.

Complimentary sports massages courtesy of Colorado School of Healing Arts will also be available.
