Under A Summer Moon is Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice’s signature fundraising event, featuring an evening of fine wine and marvelous cuisine under the full August moon, with ten of Colorado’s premier chefs. Each chef will prepare a five-course gourmet feast tableside for a party of ten guests.
